Our client in Fort Collins is looking for a reliable, organized, and professional Office Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, keeping things organized, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. This is a full time, onsite, Temp to hire opportunity that offers a 4-day work week. (Mon-Thurs 7am-5:30pm) This position pays between $24hr

Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and provide professional front desk support
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications
Schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities
Maintain calendars and coordinate schedules
Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper records
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
Qualifications:
3+ years of office administration or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Proficient with both Mac and PC computers
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software
Ability to learn new systems and software quickly
