Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Studio Manager, Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or similar administrative role. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and service-oriented approach. Ability to handle confidential business, financial, and personnel matters with discretion and sound judgment. Proficiency with calendars, spreadsheets, shared document platforms, and administrative or accounting software. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and anticipate business needs. Experience within the design industry is not required; candidates from a wide range of industries are encouraged to apply.
