Job Description

SmileAgain Orlando is a new full-arch dental implant practice. We focus on All-on-X and sedation dentistry for patients who've lived with failing teeth or dentures for years and are ready to fix it. The practice is fee-for-service and led by Dr. Paul Gundian, DMD (ICOI Fellow, AAID Member). We're hiring our first office manager. You'll set up how the office runs from day one rather than step into someone else's systems. What you'll do: Run the front office day to day: scheduling, patient flow, billing and collections in Open Dental Meet one-on-one with patients to go over treatment plans, financing options and surgery scheduling Present big treatment cases to patients — walk them through options, financing, and scheduling Nurture patient leads and manage follow-up in the CRM Hire, train and lead the front-office team as the practice grows Build and document office processes while they're still being set up Coordinate with labs, vendors and equipment reps Work with Dr. Gundian on growth, marketing follow-up and practice metrics What we're looking for: 3-5+ years managing operations in a small business, healthcare office or other customer-facing setting You're comfortable talking with patients about cost and decisions, clearly and without pressure Comfortable presenting $15k+ treatment plans to patients. Organized, self-directed, and you like fixing processes that don't work Strong written and verbal communication Dental experience helps but isn't required. We'll teach you the clinical side and the terminology.
What to expect:
The first 60-90 days are a steep learning curve, especially if you're new to dentistry. You'll start with the core front-office work and take on more of the management side as you get comfortable.
Schedule:
3-4 days a week, currently Tuesday or Wednesday through Friday. No evenings or weekends.
Pay:
$65,000 base salary plus competitive bonus.
To apply:
send your resume and a few sentences on why this role fits you to info@smileagainorlando.com. Please don't call or drop off resumes at the office.
Pay:
$65,000.00 per year
Work Location:
In person
