Job Description

Chiropractic Office Manager & Practice Growth Coordinator — Clermont & Leesburg, FL We're growing, and we need someone who wants to grow with us. The Chiropractic Center is looking for an Office Manager & Practice Growth Coordinator who's ready to learn our entire system from the ground up — scheduling, patient flow, billing, and the patient education presentations that help people actually commit to their care. This isn't a job where you learn one task and repeat it forever. You'll be trained on everything, and the more you master, the more responsibility (and pay) comes with it.
WHAT YOU'LL LEARN & DO
  • Manage day-to-day office operations: scheduling, front
  • desk flow, and patient communication
  • Learn and confidently deliver our patient education presentations and care plan conversations
  • Handle billing and insurance basics (we train you — no experience required)
  • Help patients stay consistent with their care, because we know outcomes depend on it
  • Eventually take ownership of running key parts of the practice independently — this is a real growth track, not a ceiling
PRACTICE GROWTH & MARKETING
—
A CORE PART OF THIS ROLE
Most of our new patients come from outside the office, not from people walking in the door. A big part of this job is proactively finding and pursuing local health fairs, community events, business expos, and other marketing opportunities — not just showing up to events we hand you, but scouting them out yourself and building relationships that bring people in. If you like networking, enjoy talking to strangers, and want a role where your outreach directly grows the business (and your bonus potential), this is the part of the job that matters most.
Note:
these events are sporadic, not on a fixed schedule — flexibility and initiative to chase opportunities as they come up is essential.
SCHEDULE
This role covers both of our locations — Leesburg and Clermont — with about 18 hours/week of required patient-hours coverage split across the two offices. The rest of your time is flexible for administrative and operational work.
  • Monday:
    Leesburg, 9:00 AM
  • 12:00 PM
  • Tuesday:
    Clermont, 3:30 PM
  • 6:00 PM

  • Saturday:

  • 10:30 AM
WHO THRIVES HERE
  • Personable — you're comfortable talking to people all day, including ones having a hard day
  • A self-starter who doesn't need to be told twice
  • Someone who wants a career, not just a paycheck — you're motivated by seeing the practice (and your role in it) grow
  • Coachable — willing to learn scripts and presentations and actually use them
  • A natural networker who enjoys finding opportunities and building relationships in the community, not just working a booth you hand them
COMPENSATION & GROWTH
  • Competitive starting pay, above typical entry-level office rates
  • 90-day paid training period to fully learn the role — we invest in getting you set up to succeed
  • Performance-based bonus opportunity tied to practice growth, once you're fully trained
  • Paid vacation that grows with you: 1 week after year one, 2 weeks after year two, 4 weeks after year five
  • Real path to increased pay and responsibility as you take on more of the practice
APPLY IF
You want to build a career somewhere that will actually invest in training you — and you're ready to put in the work to earn it.
Pay:
$18.00
  • $23.

Benefits:
Paid time off Retirement plan Application Question(s): In this role, you must memorize strict scripts for patient communication to ensure operational compliance. Tell us about a time you had to memorize technical information, a script, or complex protocols for a job. How did you ensure 100% accuracy? You will be required to learn every role in our clinic, from handling billing disputes to managing patient data. Describe a time you had to step completely out of your comfort zone to learn a skill outside your primary job description. What was your mindset? This position requires giving structured presentations to patients regarding their health plans and chiropractic care. Rate your public speaking comfort on a scale of 1-10. Describe a time you had to confidently command a room or persuade an audience. When a high-volume clinical environment gets hectic, mistakes can happen. Describe a time a supervisor gave you blunt, direct feedback regarding a mistake you made. How did you react, and what did you change?
