Office Manager Micheals Asphalt Paving Company Chamblee, GA Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $100,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Office activity coordination Executive administrative support Attention to detail Office management Time management Full Job Description Position Summary We are seeking an organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide direct administrative support to the owner. This position handles lead intake, payroll, scheduling, customer communication, and general office administration. Responsibilities Manage the owner's calendar, appointments, reminders, and to-do list. Assist with daily business and administrative needs. Respond to leads from Facebook, Google Ads, phone calls, emails, and website submissions. Assign leads to the appropriate estimator or salesperson. Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and proposals. Collect employee hours, reimbursements, and other payroll information. Prepare weekly payroll and maintain accurate employee records. Answer phone calls and organize emails, documents, and customer files. Assist with proposals, invoices, scheduling, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with sales, project management, and field crews. Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding tasks. Handle confidential company and employee information professionally. Qualifications Previous office management, administrative, or executive assistant experience. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through. Comfortable handling payroll and confidential information. Proficient with email, spreadsheets, calendars, CRM systems, and office software. Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities. Construction or home-service industry experience is preferred but not required.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday, with occasional flexibility based on business needs.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
