Job Description

We are a Home Health Agency seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative & operational functions, including staffing (recruiting, hiring, training caregivers), scheduling, payroll, and ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA), managing office supplies, and handling client/staff relations, all to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant home care services delivery, blending administrative, HR, and customer service skills.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Key Responsibilities Human Resources:
Recruit, screen, hire, orient, train, schedule, evaluate, and discipline office staff and caregivers.
Operations Management:
Manage daily office activities, design and implement office policies, maintain communication systems, and ensure efficient workflow.
Financial :
Oversee payroll, invoicing, and data entry, and reconciliation for accuracy.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all home care regulations, license requirements, and HIPAA standards.
Client & Staff Support:
Serve as a point person for client and family issues, manage scheduling, and support field staff.
Inventory & Facilities:
Order and maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-functioning work environment.
Reporting:
Keep management informed by analyzing data and summarizing special reports. Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in office management, healthcare, or home care industry. Proficiency with computers and health information technology. Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently. Ability to work with manager(s) to troubleshoot client and employee issues.

Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
