Job Description

Job Summary At Elite Health, our mission is to improve the health and wellness of our community by helping individuals and families live healthier, more active lives. Our Office Manager plays an important role in bringing that mission to life by supporting our patients, connecting with our community, and managing the administrative side of our growing office. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure the clinic runs efficiently Manage scheduling, patient communication, paperwork, and front-desk operations Provide a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every patient Coordinate new patient onboarding, appointments, forms, and follow-up Assist with patient accounts, payments, payment plans, billing, and insurance communication Maintain accurate and organized patient and office records Coordinate staff schedules, daily tasks, training, and office procedures Monitor office goals, including new patient growth, referrals, patient retention, and community outreach Develop and implement strategies to help grow the practice and connect more people in the community with health and wellness Assist with marketing, social media, patient communications, promotional materials, and referral campaigns Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners Help educate and engage the community about chiropractic biomechanics, health, wellness, and healthy living Identify opportunities to improve office systems, efficiency, patient experience, and team performance Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Take initiative in identifying problems and finding solutions Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; strong data entry and clerical skills Administrative experience with front desk duties, calendar management, and office operations Excellent phone communication, customer service, and multi-tasking abilities; experience with multi-line phone systems preferred Detail-oriented with proofreading, filing, and records organization; able to manage schedules and time effectively Optional premium: QuickBooks, bilingual capabilities, and office management responsibilities are a plus
Pay:
$15.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 40.0 per week
