Role Overview We are seeking a motivated, self-directed Front Office Manager to provide administrative support to the Managing Partners, Property Managers, and Finance Manager. Key Areas of Support Finance and property transactions: Support accounts receivable and payable, billing, insurance audits, unit sales, and refinancing.

Human resources:

HR duties may include benefits administration and recruiting.

Office and property administration:

Coordinate property onboarding, maintain records and filing systems, manage office equipment, mail, and inventory, and assist walk-in visitors.
