  • Friday) This role is a key part of our team maintaining a smooth, efficient, and welcoming office environment where information flows accurately between departments, financial data is meticulously managed, and all bills, invoices, and project tracking are completed in a timely manner.
Your Role Expand Financial & Bookkeeping Management Process invoices Manage accounts payable/receivable Handle payroll administration Monthly reports and dashboards Send Invoices Manage billing and budgets on Change Orders, Selections etc… Track project costing/job cost analysis in QuickBooks Manage the Sales-to-Production handoff by setting up new project files, managing budgets
Office Administration & Homeowner Relations Qualifications Expand Experience:
Proven experience in bookkeeping and general office administration (experience in the construction/remodeling industry is highly preferred).
Software Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), and email systems. Experience with BuilderTrend and Marketsharp (CRM) is a major plus.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft professional letters on the spot and confidently talk to homeowners on the phone. Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for catching data entry errors.
Team Mindset:
Professional, outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and always willing to learn. Compensation Expand $22.00-26.00/ hour
