Job Description

Office Manager Legion Martial Arts is looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Office Manager to help keep our front office running smoothly. The Office Manager will be responsible for handling day-to-day administrative tasks, communicating with families, organizing records, and supporting the instructors and management team. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner Communicate with parents, students, prospective members, and staff Assist families with questions regarding classes, schedules, memberships, payments, and programs Maintain organized student and office records Organize digital and physical files, documents, forms, and records Manage incoming paperwork and ensure documents are properly filed Assist with enrollment, membership updates, cancellations, and other administrative processes Schedule appointments, meetings, and other office activities as needed Help maintain accurate student information and attendance records Follow up with prospective and current families when necessary Assist management with administrative projects and daily office needs Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-office environment Perform other administrative duties as needed Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable answering phones and communicating with parents and customers Professional, friendly, and dependable Strong attention to detail Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer systems Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized Previous office, administrative, customer service, or management experience preferred Experience working with children or in a martial arts, fitness, education, or family-oriented environment is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, dependable, personable, and proactive . This position is important to the daily operation of our school, so we are looking for someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities, communicate clearly, and keep things moving without needing constant supervision. $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
