Job Description

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily office operations Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Coordinate volunteers Complete expense vouchers for any purchases Organize the usage of the buildings on the Church campus Keep the church calendar updated Manage and maintain record of all keys distributed and returned. Answer Church phones in a professional manor and maintain answering machine message seasonally Maintain file structure and organization on computer Update and maintain Google calendar online Achieve proficiency with church database Breeze under Pastor's direction Maintain Church and Sunday School records Run reports as needed to complete tasks for Pastor or President Collect data for annual reports and denominational parochial reports Create bulletins on weekly basis Create, copy, collate, mail and email newsletter on monthly basis Maintain mailing list Assist Pastor and council in creating annual reports Maintain copier and call service technician when required Maintain and organize hard copy files of required information Perform other duties as defined by the President or Church council.
Experience:
Proven experience in office management or related role Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to effectively communicate with members Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, calendar management tools and publishing software) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
