- High Tech Fire Protection High Tech Fire Protection is looking for a front office administrator to answer the phones, process incoming payments and invoices, and maintain vendor files and relationships.
Pay :
Starting at $19- $24 ( based on experience ) Duties and responsibilities: Process incoming payments and invoices Maintain customer relations and work with vendors to order materials Assist office management with other administrative duties Answer the phone; assisting customers over the phone and coordinating incoming service calls to dispatch the on-call technician Navigate multiple computer software systems and physical files to keep business documentation up to date Skills and experience: Experience with business bookkeeping including A/P and A/R Experience in customer service and/or receptionist duties Competency in Microsoft Office and computer skills Ability to learn and use new computer software Be a notary public or willing to become one Must have reliable transportation to commute to work daily Hours and location: Our office hours are: 8am to 4pm Monday-Thursday 8am to 12pm Friday This job is located in-person in
