About the Role As our Office Manager & Jewelry Sales Professional, you will play a key role in supporting both the operational success of the business and the experience we provide to every customer. This dynamic, hands-on position offers the opportunity to balance office management responsibilities with customer engagement and jewelry sales. From keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly to building meaningful relationships with customers, you will be an important part of the team and the continued success of the business.
What You'll Do:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandise ordering, receiving, shipping, vendor communication, reports, and repair coordination Maintaining accurate inventory records and helping oversee the flow of merchandise and products Assisting customers on the sales floor by providing personalized service, answering questions, and helping them find the right jewelry Building strong customer relationships by listening carefully, understanding what matters to each customer, and creating a welcoming experience Assisting with jewelry purchases, custom design and jewelry repair intake Learning product knowledge and developing a strong understanding of the jewelry industry Helping maintain an organized, professional showroom and supporting daily opening procedures Working collaboratively with the team to support store operations and achieve shared goals Assisting with occasional marketing or social media efforts, while participating in ongoing training and potential opportunities to attend jewelry shows and industry events
What We're Looking For:
At least two years of experience in a client-service or customer-facing role; previous office management, administrative, retail, or sales experience is preferred Highly organized, detail-oriented, and task-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a role that balances office operations and sales Professional, dependable, punctual, and positive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Able to think quickly, use sound judgment, and work effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors Comfortable taking ownership of operational responsibilities while also confidently assisting customers on the sales floor Jewelry or luxury sales experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is eager to learn. Interested in long-term growth and becoming an important part of a family-owned company Comfortable working a consistent schedule, including rotating Saturdays and arriving at 9:30 a.m. for daily setup Social media or local marketing experience is a plus Comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment Schedule This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule and rotating Saturdays. Employees arrive at 9:30 AM to prepare for the day.
Store Hours:
Monday-Friday:
10:00 AM-5:30
PM Saturday:
10:00 AM-3:00 PM Compensation & Benefits $20-$23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Sales incentives and team bonuses
