Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure a smooth, efficient environment for both the youth we serve and our staff. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations of the shelter, including supply procurement, equipment maintenance, and facility management. Overseeing the reception of youth, vendors, contractors, and other guests at the shelter. greeting visitors, and answering and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Welcome youth into the facility with a trauma informed approach to care, and crisis resolution techniques. Assist the division director with CCI and CPA licensing requirements and inspections. Assist the house manager with payroll. Completing monthly/quarterly/annual/other reports (HMIS, RHYMIS, MDHHS, HHS, MSHDA, CAPER, CDBG/ESG, UWSC, and etc.). Organization of general office procedures, reporting forms, and filing systems maintaining complete and relevant records as required by the agency, licensing, and funders. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment On-call shift coverage is required. Driving is a required part of the job.
Pay:
$18.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Experience:
non-profit office or business training : 2 years (Required)
