Job Title:

Office Manager (House Cleaning Franchise)

Location:

Anoka, MN (In-Office)

Job Type:

Full-time, Monday

•Friday, 7:00 AM

•3:30 PM (with occasional extended hours until 5:30 PM for office coverage)

Holiday Availability:

Full attendance required during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks (no PTO permitted during these peak periods).

Salary:

$50,000.00

You will directly manage a team composed of Service Associates (Cleaning Technicians), a Quality Training Supervisor, and a Sales Office Coordinator. Your ultimate goal is to motivate staff, optimize daily workflows, drive top-line revenue growth, and ensure maximum customer retention. Core Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership & Personnel Management Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard service technicians and sales staff. Direct and schedule cleaning crews efficiently using a web-based GPS/dispatch module; manage daily route changes, call-outs, and shift coverage. Foster a positive, safe, and motivating work climate to support employee retention. Conduct regular staff meetings, document ongoing training, and provide performance reviews. 2.

Oversight of Specialized Roles Quality Control:

Oversee the Quality Training Supervisor to ensure customer feedback is addressed, quality inspections are performed, and technician standards remain exceptional.

Sales & Marketing:

Collaborate closely with the Sales Office Coordinator to monitor daily sales activities, coordinate local direct marketing placements, and drive new client acquisition. 3. Customer Experience & Quality Assurance Deliver high-level customer service by resolving escalated complaints with care and speed. Conduct random in-home quality audits and visit clients to maintain stellar long-term relationships. 4.

Cross-Coverage & Office Operations Mutual Shift Backup:

Collaborate with the Sales Office Coordinator to provide schedule coverage. You will occasionally cover their shift until 5:30 PM to close the office when they are on PTO or sick leave (they will reciprocate and cover your shift when you are out). Open the office daily and prepare teams for the workday. Close out previous-day work orders, apply client payments, and finalize bank deposits. Manage weekly payroll processing, client invoicing, and administrative files (employee/customer records). Track profit and revenue plans; implement corporate programs and guidelines while ensuring federal and state regulatory compliance. Monitor inventory; order and replenish cleaning equipment, products, and supplies.

Job Requirements Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.

Management Experience:

2-4 years of experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment (Retail, Hospitality, or Service industries preferred).

Sales Experience:

1+ years of experience in sales or sales management.

Logistics:

Past experience with dispatching, routing, or scheduling software is highly preferred.

Language:

Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus!

Transportation:

Must own and operate a reliable personal vehicle for occasional field visits (mileage fully reimbursed). Skills & Abilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run group meetings. Strong organizational, time-management, and analytical skills. Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle employee or customer conflicts quickly.

High tech-literacy:

Proficient with Microsoft Office, cloud-based CRM software (Salesforce), and field service/iphone applications. An Equal Opportunity Employer.
