PROPERTY/ OFFICE MANAGER

We are looking for an individual for FT position in a small family-owned Commercial Property Mgmt company in Blaine.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Commercial Property/Office Mgmt experience Commercial Property Management experience a plus
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, paired with a strong grasp of foundational accounting and budgeting
• Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for accuracy
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
