Job Description
Independent optometry practice located inside the Chaska, MN Costco seeking Optometry Claims Office Administrator with superior organizational skills. You will be responsible for submitting electronic claims to insurance companies for routine vision care and medical eye examinations. This includes researching and resolving rejected claims, denied claims, follow-up on payments and explanation of benefits. You will be responsible for explaining insurance coverage to patients' and financial responsibilities, as well as general office duties. Great, friendly work environment; 3 days a week to start with the potential to lead to full time. We are looking for an applicant who is seeking a long-term role. Your Skills High School or GED qualifications Entry level PC skills for office management software Superior interactive and communication skills Demonstrates the ability to work independently in a clinic setting Reliable, demonstrate professionalism, and detail oriented 3 days a week to start could lead to full time
