This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service instincts with the ability to oversee staff, maintain an organized office environment, and support a secure, compliant candidate experience. The role offers the opportunity to manage administrative workflows, guide onsite personnel, and help keep the center running smoothly in a calm, service-focused setting.
Responsibilities:

  • Oversee scheduling, guidance, and day-to-day support for onsite staff, including contract team members, while promoting accountability and excellence.
  • Coordinate hiring support, onboarding activities, and practical training for new employees to prepare them for site procedures and service standards.
  • Review and approve time records and expense submissions accurately and on schedule.
  • Enforce candidate check-in, identification, and security procedures to protect the integrity of the testing environment.
  • Manage facility-related security measures such as controlled access, keys, locks, alarms, and monitoring systems.
  • Step in to perform front desk, receptionist, and test administration duties whenever coverage is needed.
  • Resolve routine technical or equipment issues and escalate more complex operational, candidate, or building concerns when appropriate.
  • Document incidents, candidate concerns, and unusual testing events clearly, and partner with property management to maintain a safe and well-managed site.
  • Support office administration by maintaining supplies, ordering materials as needed, and assisting with administrative tasks such as basic accounts payable coordination.
