$17•21/Hour Full-Time | Day Shift | North Branch, MN Administrative/Office Support | Weekly Pay Position Overview Express Employment Professionals•Forest Lake is seeking a qualified and motivated Office Administrator for a growing company in North Branch, MN .

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and balancing a variety of administrative, accounting, and HR-related responsibilities.

Manage front desk operations and general office administration. Process accounts payable invoices and assist with payment tracking. Coordinate logistics, including shipping, receiving, and freight scheduling. Assist with HR administrative duties such as onboarding paperwork, maintaining employee files, scheduling interviews, and other clerical HR tasks. Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative support as needed. Qualifications Previous administrative or office management experience. Experience with accounts payable processes. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Ability to maintain confidentiality, especially regarding HR information. About Express Employment
