Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support to ensure efficiency and organization. Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients through networking, telemarketing, and community engagement initiatives. Build strong relationships with clients by providing personalized insurance consultations, understanding their needs, and offering tailored coverage options. Conduct negotiations with prospective clients to secure policies that meet their requirements while maximizing sales opportunities. Manage sales administration tasks such as CRM system updates, policy documentation, benefits administration, and client follow-ups. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products—including health, life, property, casualty—and stay current on industry regulations and compliance standards. Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance products; prepare detailed reports for management review. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to facilitate policy issuance and claims processing efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively. Knowledge of commercial insurance lines including health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and benefits administration. Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems for managing client relationships and sales pipelines. Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable—to effectively serve diverse client populations.
