Job Description
General One Inc. is a well established high end Custom Home builder in the Flathead Valley of NW Montana. We are looking for talented individuals who have Construction experience and a desire to grow in their career. The Accounting Admin will play a key role in our organization. They will be responsible for processing all AR and AP, which will include engaging with internal team members and Project Managers to ensure billing accuracy. As well as engaging with cliental to ensure billing is sent accurately and answering client questions as well as ensuring timely payment from cliental. The right person will have most if not all of the below skills and traits: Self-motivated Organized Have a high attention to detail Experience with AR and AP and general accounting practices and principles required. Residential Construction experience preferred. Computer/Tech savvy Proficient in Excel required and experience with builder software a plus.
