Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a solid background in medical office management. This role requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping, payroll, and vendor management, while also supporting team development and event planning initiatives. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative functions. Oversee schedule management for staff and executives, including calendar management and appointment setting. Handle bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining financial records, managing budgets, and processing payroll. Submit billing and follow-up on outstanding claims. Credentialing of providers. Maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic documents to ensure easy access to information. Provide clerical support including answering phone calls, greeting visitors at the front desk, posting copays, and responding to inquiries with professionalism. Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and managing training & development programs. Requirements Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on phone etiquette. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred. Strong knowledge of computers and electronic modes of communication. Experience in medical office management is a plus but not required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities. Proficient in schedule management and calendar organization. Knowledge of budgeting practices and payroll processes is essential. Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles is highly valued.
