Job Description

Office Manager $65,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | In-Office | Monday-Friday We're Growing Fast. Grow With Us. HydroHelp911 is a foundation and crawlspace company growing more than 50% per year. And we're not slowing down. We're looking for an experienced Office Manager with call center leadership experience who loves developing people, improving processes, solving problems, and helping a growing company level up. This is not a traditional administrative Office Manager position. You'll lead our customer care and administrative team, manage performance, improve processes, and help build the structure we need as the company continues to grow. What You'll Own Lead Our Customer Care Team Our customer care team is often the first interaction a homeowner has with HydroHelp911. You'll be responsible for making sure that experience is exceptional while helping the team perform at a high level.
You'll:
Lead, coach, and develop our customer care and administrative team Set clear expectations and create accountability Monitor call volume, booking rates, conversion rates, and other KPIs Coach team members to improve individual and team performance Ensure appropriate staffing and coverage Improve call handling and the overall customer experience Help build a stronger customer care operation as we grow Build Better Systems & Processes Growth creates complexity. Part of your job is helping us stay ahead of it.
You'll:
Identify bottlenecks and solve problems Develop and improve SOPs and office processes Create structure and consistency across the administrative team Oversee phones, appointment booking, and front-office operations Coordinate subcontractor scheduling and permit processes Ensure leads, appointments, and customer information are properly tracked Maintain accurate information within our CRM Help integrate new people, systems, and processes as the company expands Keep the Office Running You'll oversee the important administrative functions that keep the business moving, including: Accounts payable and receivable Invoicing, collections, and payment tracking Employee records and HR administration Office expenses and supplies Customer communication and reviews Supporting recruitment and onboarding Maintaining organized financial and administrative records You don't need to personally do everything. But you do need to take ownership and make sure things get done correctly and consistently. Who We're Looking For Call center management or high-volume customer service leadership experience is required. You'll likely be a great fit if you: Have successfully led a call center or customer service team Love developing people and helping them improve Are comfortable managing through KPIs and data Set clear expectations and hold people accountable Naturally create structure when things feel messy Stay calm when priorities change See problems and take initiative to solve them Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities Have experience creating processes and SOPs Are comfortable with CRM systems, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other business software Enjoy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial company Are always looking for ways to level up yourself and the people around you Experience in home services, construction, HR administration, or bookkeeping would be an asset. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. We care much more about your leadership experience, your ability to develop people, and your track record of getting results. Why HydroHelp911?
