Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our fast-paced private school administrative office. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Office Manager, Payroll Personnel, and Human Resources department. The ideal candidate communicates effectively and possesses strong technical proficiency across administrative software platforms.
Responsibilities Office & Executive Support:
Assist the Office Manager with daily operational tasks, scheduling, correspondence, meeting coordination, and maintaining general office organization.
Payroll Support:
Partner with Payroll Personnel to assist with time record census and audits, data entry, and processing utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
Human Resources Assistance:
Support ongoing HR functions, including onboarding new staff, maintaining employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and coordinating personnel documentation.
Systems & Data Management:
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to generate spreadsheets, maintain tracking logs, draft communications, and organize digital files and quickly learn internal software systems as needed.
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Associate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related business field.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel). High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar). Demonstrated aptitude for learning and adapting to new software programs quickly.
Experience:
Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll/HR platforms is preferred.

$57,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
