Job Overview Buckeye Container Carriers LLC is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator / Customer Support Representative to help manage daily office communication and customer support. This position will be responsible for answering phone calls, making outbound calls, responding to emails, replying to customer messages, and helping keep customer inquiries organized and moving forward. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, comfortable talking with customers, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally Make outbound calls to customers, leads, vendors, and business contacts Respond to customer emails and online messages Answer basic customer questions and direct more detailed questions to the proper team member Follow up with customers regarding quotes, orders, scheduling, and general inquiries Keep customer information and notes updated Help organize office communication and daily tasks Assist with basic administrative duties as needed Provide friendly and professional customer service Qualifications Strong communication skills Comfortable talking on the phone Good typing and computer skills Ability to respond professionally to emails and messages Organized and dependable Able to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations Customer service or office experience preferred Experience with CRM systems, email, or scheduling software is a plus Willingness to learn about shipping containers and delivery processes Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Professional Reliable Detail-oriented Friendly with customers Able to follow processes Comfortable asking questions when needed Good at keeping communication organized Why Work With Us Buckeye Container Carriers LLC is a growing shipping container sales and delivery company.
