Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Business Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily office operations and administrative activities. Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures. Monitor office budgets, expenses, invoices, and financial records. Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Coordinate onboarding activities and assist with HR-related administrative functions. Prepare reports, analyze operational data, and support management decision-making. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices. Organize meetings, events, and other business-related activities.
Qualification and Skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Experience in office management, administration, or business operations. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
