Office Administrator -(HUD/LIHTC Family residential Property)

Job Description

Office Administrator for residental property (HUD/LIHTC) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented office adminsrator to join our team at our LIma, Ohio location. As the office admin you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our residential property, ensuring a high standard of service and compliance with all federal, state, and local housing regulations. You will work closely with the Property Manager to maintain the property, support residents, and enhance the overall living experience. Previous experience in property management, preferably in HUD Section 8 and LIHTC properties.
  • Knowledge of leasing, property management software, and compliance regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Assist the property manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property and ensure compliance with HUD and LIHTC regulations.
  • Assist with the application and recertification process for tenants under the HUD Section 8 and LIHTC programs.
  • Respond promptly to resident inquiries, issues, and maintenance requests to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant files, lease agreements, and property documentation.
  • Help manage rent collection and ensure timely reporting of financial data.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors to ensure property upkeep and repairs.
