Job Summary:
As a LTC Assistant Business Office Manager, you will be an integral part of our business office team, working closely with our Business Office Manager to drive business growth and success. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement business strategies, manage financial reporting, and coordinate with external partners. Responsibilities:
Assist with managing the day-to-day operations of the business office, ensuring efficient and effective workflow Collaborate with the Business Office Manager to develop and implement business strategies and processes Assist with billing processes including Medicare, Medicaid, private pay, and insurance claims. Collect and post payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable. Maintain and reconcile resident trust accounts. Answer inquiries from residents, families, and vendors regarding billing and financial matters.

Qualification:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or accounting preferred. 1-2 years' experience in an office or financial role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Understanding of billing systems and payer sources (Medicare, Medicaid, insurance). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
