Office Manager II

Job Description

Office Manager IIWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager II to support daily administrative and accounting functions within a manufacturing environment. This position works closely with plant leadership and corporate teams to ensure payroll, HR documentation, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, purchasing, and reporting are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview weekly timecards, enter payroll information into the ERP system, and verify payroll registers for accuracy.

Coordinate with corporate Payroll and Human Resources regarding new hires, benefits, payroll, and general employee questions.

Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee documentation.

Process accounts payable invoices and prepare invoices for subcontractor payments.

Process accounts receivable, including leases, rentals, and raw materials.

Generate and enter sales orders into the ERP system.

Prepare and distribute monthly reports.

Assist with inventory counts and related recordkeeping.

Purchase plant and office supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Maintain organized and accurate administrative and financial records.

Provide general administrative support to the Plant Manager and department leadership.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.2-4 years of administrative support experience in a manufacturing office environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems.

Experience working with ERP systems preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to compile, organize, and analyze data.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Physical & Work Environment RequirementsRegular use of hands and fingers for computer and office-related tasks.

Frequent sitting, talking, and hearing with occasional standing and walking.

Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Requires close and distance vision and the ability to focus.

Primarily works in an office environment with limited exposure to plant conditions.

Moderate noise levels may be present.
