Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This vital role maintains efficient communication channels, handles our in house inventory maintenance software, all of the accounts payable and receivables, human resources, and supports our team with exceptional organizational skills. The ideal candidate must be a fast learner, detail-oriented, work well under pressure, and possess a passion for creating a productive and welcoming workplace. As Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, fostering a positive office culture while managing essential clerical, inventory and operational tasks. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization across all departments Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and company events Handle clerical duties including word processing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence Support client communication efforts by providing excellent customer service and support via phone and email Utilize technical proficiency in computer literacy to troubleshoot basic office equipment and software issues as needed Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data tracking Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (if applicable) to support diverse employee/client interactions Strong computer skills including data entry, document proofreading, and general clerical tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and productivity software tools Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will directly impact our success!
