PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / SERVICE COORDINATOR SD

Electrical Services - Portsmouth, Rhode Island SD Electrical Services is seeking an organized, professional and dependable Office Administrator to support our growing electrical contracting company.

Schedule:

Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. This is an in-office position at our Portsmouth, RI office. Exact daily hours can be discussed.

Compensation:

$23-$26 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and communicate professionally with customers Schedule service calls, estimates and electrical projects Coordinate daily schedules with electricians and technicians Prepare and send estimates and invoices Follow up on outstanding estimates and customer payments Maintain customer and project records Communicate with contractors, property managers and inspectors Assist with permits, certificates of insurance and basic office paperwork Keep the owner informed regarding scheduling, payments and customer concerns

Qualifications:

Previous administrative or office experience Strong telephone and customer-service skills Excellent organization and follow-through Comfortable using email, computers and office software Experience with QuickBooks, Housecall Pro, Joist or a construction/service company is strongly preferred Must be dependable, professional and comfortable working independently Portuguese and English bilingual ability is helpful but not required This position is ideal for an experienced office administrator, dispatcher or service coordinator seeking consistent part-time work with a professional and growing local company.
