Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations within our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client and phone communications, administrative tasks, and supporting office functions with professionalism and efficiency. Fluency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse client base. This position offers an engaging work environment where strong computer literacy and office experience are highly valued. Responsibilities Manage and facilitate client communication, ensuring prompt and professional interactions. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing inquiries appropriately and maintaining excellent customer service standards. Perform word processing tasks, including preparing documents, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update data, track information, and support administrative processes. Demonstrate strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Onedrive and Word. Support daily office operations by coordinating schedules, inputing files, and assisting team members as needed. Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse client base and collaborate with team members. Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently to contribute to the overall productivity of the office. Needs to have a backbone to deal with certain troubled clients. Experience Prior experience working in an office environment is preferred. Proven skills in word processing, and general computer use are essential. Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English are required for effective client interaction . Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Onedrive) is preffered. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are important qualities for success in this role. This position is a paid opportunity suitable for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities within a dynamic office setting.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 32.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
