Are you the person who keeps everything moving? Some people love a full calendar, a clean checklist, and the moment a plan comes together. If that's you, we want to meet you. Wisconsin Exteriors installs roofing, siding, windows, and gutters across Central and Eastern Wisconsin. We're GAF Master Elite certified, but that's not what our customers remember. They remember that we called back, showed up when we said, and treated their home like our own.
Our promise:
We do what we say. On time, with straight answers, and a crew you'll be glad you hired. As our Production Coordinator, you're how we keep that promise. When a crew pulls into a driveway with the right material, the right color, and a homeowner who knew exactly what to expect, that's your work. What you'll do Review every new sale and make sure it's complete before it goes to production Confirm measurements, shingle line, and color with homeowners, in writing Pull permits, order materials, and schedule deliveries and dumpsters Build and run our 3-week crew schedule, grouping jobs by area Reshuffle quickly when weather hits Make welcome calls, send start-date confirmations and day-before reminders, and call homeowners about delays Process change orders, send final invoices, register warranties, and request reviews Work side by side with our Project Manager, who runs the job sites A typical day 7:00am: Quick huddle with the Project Manager on today's jobs, deliveries, and problems
Morning:
Focused prep time: permits, material orders, scheduling
Midday:
Homeowner calls, supplier follow-ups, CRM updates
Afternoon:
Tomorrow's reminders and a final check, then review the day's job photos and updates You'll do well here if you: Love a checklist. "Almost ready" isn't ready to you. Think a few weeks ahead and spot problems before they happen Stay calm when plans change Call back the same day, every time Are warm and clear on the phone Take ownership and fix the cause, not just the problem What you bring 2+ years in scheduling, coordination, dispatch, or office operations (construction or home services is a big plus) Strong organization and attention to detail Comfort with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and a CRM (we'll train you on ProLine) Roofing knowledge is helpful, but we'll teach you Spanish is a plus What we value People 1st. Servant Hearted. Trustworthy. Respectful. Integrity. Fun to Work With. These aren't posters on a wall. We hire for them. Why you'll like it here We're small enough to care. Your ideas get heard, and your work gets noticed.
