Job Description

Office Manager Manufacturer of Pneumatic Food Processing Tools | Since 1968 Since 1968, we've been a trusted manufacturer of pneumatic food processing tools, specializing in poultry processing equipment for customers across the U.S. and around the world. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Office Manager to help lead the day-to-day running of our business. About the Role The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across production, customer service, vendor relations, inventory, and administrative processes. This individual will serve as a key liaison between the front office, shop floor, vendors, and customers — keeping every part of the business connected and running efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across production, front office, and administrative functions Create estimates for customers, invoicing, shipping and receiving, and ordering Serve as the main liaison between the shop floor, front office, vendors, and customers Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, and ongoing communication Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stock accuracy Support and coordinate customer service efforts to ensure a positive customer experience Work closely with the production team to keep workflows efficient and orders on schedule Identify process improvements and implement solutions to boost efficiency Support administrative processes to keep the business running smoothly What We're Looking For Proven experience in operations management, manufacturing, or a related field Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships Excellent communication skills — comfortable working with production staff, vendors, and customers alike Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities at once A proactive, self-starting problem-solver who can work independently Experience in sales or engineering is a plus Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or food processing industries preferred
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
