Job Description

Overview Referee Enterprises Inc. is an established and growing publishing and content company headquartered in Racine, WI, servicing the sports officiating industry by providing content and services to a wide variety of sports organizations throughout the nation and the world. Additionally, our staff manages the day-to-day operations for the National Association of Sports Officials, a non-profit membership organization. Summary The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative support for the staff and members of Referee and the National Association of Sports Officials. Primary responsibilities include tasks spanning the administrative, client services and editorial teams within the company that require both internal and external support proficiency. This position will help maintain a harmonious workplace. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple duties, special projects and responsibilities at once. Qualifications Ability to balance multiple priorities, work effectively in a team environment Organized and detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Customer service skills Occasional warehouse work: ability to lift up to 40 pounds required Working knowledge of Microsoft applications necessary. Knowledge of travel arrangement coordination a plus. Project management skills At least five years of experience in the field, or in a related area. Responsibilities Respond to customer email box inquiries Provide membership enrollment renewal information Log member information program inquiries Coordinate special staff events Oversee editorial contract administration Photography management for editorial team Send mailings to magazine contributors Setup editorial team meetings Order office and warehouse supplies Assist the client services team with mail, orders, shipping, warehouse tasks and more. Numerous administrative responsibilities as necessary for both internal and external customers Compensation and Benefits Salary is based on qualifications and experience. We offer half-day Fridays, paid time off, paid holidays and a competitive health and dental insurance plan.
