Banning, CA Job Details Full-time $19.17 - $22.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Research High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform varied and responsible secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the Morongo School personnel of administrative and clerical detail; plan, coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications for the assigned supervisor. Perform varied and responsible secretarial and administrative assistant duties to relieve the administrator of administrative and clerical detail; plan, coordinate and organize office activities and coordinate flow of communications; assure smooth operations of assigned office. Research and compile a variety of information; compute statistical information for various federal, State and Tribal reports; process and evaluate a variety of forms and applications related to assigned functions; duplicate and distribute materials as needed. Assure timely communications between assigned office, Tribal personnel and outside agencies; initiate phone calls to receive and transmit information; resolve issues as appropriate; refer difficult situations to the administrator; maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information. Receive visitors, including administrators, staff and the public and provide information or direct to appropriate personnel; provide detailed and technical information concerning policies and procedures where judgment, knowledge and interpretation of procedures and regulations are required.
