35 hours/week) | In person BTR Detailing is a growing, certified ceramic coating and auto detailing company in Temecula.

We're looking for a reliable and outgoing Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Office Manager with day-to-day office operations. This is a hands-on position that includes customer service, scheduling, sales support, social media, and general administrative work. Responsibilities Answer calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Follow up with leads and existing customers Assist with estimates, invoices, and payments Keep customer information and schedules organized and up to date Post photos and videos on social media Support our Office Manager and team with daily tasks What We're Looking For Friendly and confident with customers, in person and on the phone Comfortable recommending services and helping close bookings (sales experience is a plus, not required) Organized, dependable, and on time Comfortable with computers, email, texting, and social media Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willing to learn our services and systems Automotive experience is not required — full training is provided, and we have a clear growth path for the right person. We are a growing company, so there is real opportunity for more hours, more responsibility, and advancement.
