Serve as the primary on-site operational coordinator, event host, and member advocate for a local Community Connections Center.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist community members face-to-face with health plan inquiries, ID cards, and benefit resources. Plan, organize, and host community engagement events, health workshops, and celebrations. Manage facility maintenance, office equipment, vendor schedules, and telecom troubleshooting. Oversee records management, on-site storage, and compliance documentation.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. strong customer service background (medical office, call center, or managed care preferred). High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Self-starter with strong event planning, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to occasionally bend, crawl, and lift up to 30 lbs.
