Town Square Dental is seeking a Full-Time Front Office Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice. What You'll Do As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping the practice running smoothly by: Greeting patients and creating a warm, welcoming first impression Checking patients in and out efficiently Answering phone calls, texts, emails, and faxes Verifying dental insurance benefits Discussing financing options and collecting patient payments Managing and optimizing the appointment schedule to maximize production Supporting the team wherever needed to ensure an outstanding patient experience Schedule Monday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM One Friday per month (September-May) What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong computer and typing skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Dental experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right person with outstanding customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
