Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Administrative assistant to support our hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and has strong communication and organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes Maintain accurate candidate records in the system Build relationships with candidates and clients Ensure a positive candidate experienceRequirements:
Bilingual (English and Spanish required) Previous administrative experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skillsSchedule:
