Job Description

About the Role We're looking for an organized, personable Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our auto finance office. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and dealers, keep our office running smoothly, and provide administrative support across departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries to the appropriate department Greet and assist customers, dealers, and visitors in person and by phone Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for management staff Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for customer and company records Prepare correspondence, memos, letters, and reports as needed Enter and update customer and account information into company systems Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships Assist with billing, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping tasks as needed Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred 1+ years of administrative or office experience; experience in finance, lending, or a dealership environment preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills Discretion in handling confidential financial and personal information Preferred Skills Familiarity with basic financial or loan terminology Experience with CRM or loan servicing software Comfortable multitasking across phone, email, and in-person requests
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
