Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and customer service skills, ensuring efficient office operations. This role involves supporting the office manager in a counseling practice to manage schedules, running personal errands, tracking data, and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients. Responsibilities Manage and organize office documents, ensuring all are up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, addressing inquiries, and directing calls appropriately. Maintain office equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order and adequately stocked. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and correspondence management. Operate phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette at all times. Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members. Own transportation for running personal errands (expenses reimbursed) Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proactive and able to assume responsibility and take initiative; shall be self-sufficient and require minimal supervision or assistance to aid in job duties and must be able to manage multiple projects. Strong planning and organizational skills are required. Able to use technology, including Microsoft Office and social media platforms. Prior Canva experience is beneficial. Able to demonstrate confidentiality in all matters.
