Job Description

Position Summary Job Description:
To provide administrative and clerical support to the Gaming Regulatory Division. This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. You must have a high level of integrity in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with the public, vendors, and other employees. Essential Functions (Responsibilities): Act in the capacity of receptionist for the Division Administrative Office Screens incoming guests, incoming phone calls, and coordinate routing to appropriate department Must keep work area and waiting area clean and orderly Provide a full range of administrative support to the various Departments of the
Division:
Compliance, Internal Audit, Investigation and Risk & Safety Organize and maintain files Maintain forms used in daily operations Schedule and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes as needed Compose professional correspondence Respond to general inquiries Order and maintain general office supplies Manage travel arrangements and expense reports Work on, coordinate, or support special projects as requested Manage complex scheduling requirements Provide orientation for new employees Attend all mandatory meetings and training Maintain confidentiality at all times Is sensitive to Native American Culture Operates within the parameters of Departmental Policy, Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations Performs other duties as assigned
