Job Description

Administrative Assistant Full-Time, Hourly Position, Tuesday - Saturday We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Manager and contribute to the smooth, efficient running of our entire resort. This is a dynamic, full-time position essential to the daily business of our private facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a variety of tasks, we encourage you to apply! Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of administrative and operational duties, including:
Executive Support:
Directly assist the Operations Manager with various resort-wide business and administrative tasks.
Inventory & Ordering:
Manage inventory levels and place orders for our Reservations Gift Shop and the Housekeeping Department .
Financial & Logistical Tasks:
Perform required bank and town errands/runs. Handle all outgoing mail and package shipments.
Event Coordination:
Assist with the planning and coordination of employee events, such as the annual Christmas party and other staff gatherings.
General Administration:
Complete other administrative duties as needed to support resort operations. Qualifications Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A valid driver's license for local errands. Must be a self-starter who can prioritize tasks and work independently.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
