Responsibilities Answering multi-line phone Data entry Assisting with accounting such as invoicing, AP, and AR Organizing Files Handle tax file runs to bank, post office etc. Additional tasks given by management Qualifications Ability to work in a high-paced atmosphere Good problem-solving skills Team oriented with the ability to work with others and also individually Ability to adapt and be flexible, while keeping a positive attitude Valid Drivers License with Clean driving record Willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.
