Project Manager About the Opportunity Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the organization. This role works closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in project coordination, documentation management, budget tracking, and communication between departments. What You'll Do Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Participate in project design and planning meetings and document key action items and deliverables. Coordinate project activities and communicate updates to stakeholders across multiple departments. Monitor project timelines and identify potential risks, issues, or obstacles that could impact project success. Assist with the development of solutions to project-related challenges and technical issues. Maintain project documentation, databases, schedules, and records to ensure information remains accurate and current. Prepare, review, and distribute project-related correspondence including proposals, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and emails. Support project budget management by monitoring expenditures, tracking costs, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Ensure project information is effectively distributed to team members to maintain workflow and accountability. Track project progress and provide status updates to leadership and project stakeholders. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 2-5 years of experience supporting projects in a project coordination, project administration, or related role. Knowledge of project management principles, practices, and methodologies. Experience managing schedules, project documentation, budgets, and project communications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and project tracking tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret component drawings and tolerance specifications. Knowledge of tubular steel manufacturing processes. CAD experience. Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, or operations-focused projects.
