Job Summary Legacy Counsellors North, PLLC seeks a sharp, dependable Administrative Assistant to support a senior estate planning attorney in our Lyme, NH office. This is a high-trust role for someone who anticipates needs, thrives on structure, and gets the details right. You'll manage a busy calendar, draft correspondence, field client calls, and help keep a multi-state practice running smoothly. Duties Scheduling and calendar management Drafting routine correspondence and client communications Answering and screening calls Proactive client follow-up Outreach and coordination with colleagues and outside professionals Handling routine matters independently Anticipating upcoming work before it becomes urgent Skills Strong written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Excellent organizational skills and follow-through Discretion with confidential information Self-starter, minimal oversight needed Legal/professional office experience a plus, not required
Pay:
$58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
