Job Description
Marble & Granite Expo Inc is providing an employment opportunity for Administrate Assistance This is a full time position (Monday-Saturday) / 1 week day off. Hour of operation M-F 9:00-6:00 Sat 9:00-4:00
- Qualification or Administrative Assistance person:
- Experience with QuickBooks and Smartsheet / Preferred
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Great phone Etiquette
- Computer Savvy
- Neat and Organized with paperwork
- Detail Oriented
- Mostly personable, pleasant, and energetic
Responsibilities :
- First point of contact by phone
- First point of contact in person Ability to answer client questions
- Invoicing
- Monitoring Accounts receivable for completed jobs demanding payments
- Keeping paper work organized for accounts payable
- keeping accounts payable up to date in our computer system
