Responsibilities:

Process tax exemptions, state benefits, and other veteran-related forms Enter and maintain accurate information in the system Assist with data entry and record management Provide typing and proofreading support for newsletters and other documents Help maintain and update website content Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors

Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience preferred Strong customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Accurate data entry and computer skills Strong written communication, typing, and proofreading abilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM One-hour unpaid lunch
