Job Description

We are seeking a responsible full-time Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Collecting and distributing incoming mail. Assist with packaging, labeling, postage and delivery of outgoing mail.
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assisting with document preparation, proofreading, and editing of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supply inventory.
  • Prepare orientation packets, manage data entry tasks, and assist with onboarding procedures including, but not limited to, orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain contact lists and calendars.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees, clients, vendors, and other external parties to maintain positive relationships.
  • Ensuring the office remains clean, organized, and presentable for both employees and visitors.
  • Assist other departments with data entry tasks and scheduling as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office and Excel experience required.
  • Must be a team player but able to work well independently in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
